Our Real Estate practice encompasses all aspects of Residential and Commercial Real Estate, whether simple or complex. We represent clients in conveying and leasing real property for business or personal purposes, in obtaining commercial financing and mortgage loans, and in obtaining and understanding title insurance.

David W. Stergas is a senior partner at DePanfilis & Vallerie with almost thirty years of experience in Commercial and Residential Real Estate. He understands the importance of detail in these areas and takes meticulous care in directing the preparation of documents.
