Alice Ann Fitzpatrick joined the firm in 2023.

Her practice includes:

Attorney Fitzpatrick served as Chief Clerk of the Darien – New Canaan Probate Court from 2009 through 2022. She previously practiced at Cacace Tusch & Santagata in Stamford, CT. Prior to that, she worked at District Counsel Manhattan, Internal Revenue Service.

She received a Bachelor of Arts from Smith College in 1977 and her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1980. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut, the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut, and the U.S Tax Court.

Alice lives in Fairfield, where she was born and raised.
